Chef Matt Carter will be part of the most anticipated culinary event in the region, the Devour Culinary Classic when it returns to the Desert Botanical Garden for its 10th anniversary celebration February 23-24, 2019. Chef Carter will conduct an interactive pasta demonstration with Executive Chef Rochelle Daniel and Pasta Chef Stephen “Chops” Smith both of Fat Ox. Stop by the amphitheater at 12 pm on Saturday, Feb. 23rd to see—and taste—how the trio make three different pastas in about 30 minutes. And be sure to visit The Mission and Fat Ox booths for delicious samples of Chef Carter’s Modern Latin and Modern Italian fare.
